Appointment Policy & Cancellation Fee

To ensure fair scheduling and accommodate all our clients, we've implemented the following policy:

Appointment Confirmation: To confirm your appointment, please send a $30 e-Transfer deposit to electrolysiscala@gmail.com within 24 hours of submitting your request. Your appointment will be approved once your deposit has been received. This $30 will be credited towards your service at the time of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes life happens! However, appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a $30 cancellation fee. The $30 confirmation e-transfer will be retained as this fee.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment without penalty with more than 48 hours' notice.

No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will also be subject to the $30 cancellation fee.
