Appointment Policy & Cancellation Fee

To ensure fair scheduling and accommodate all our clients, we've implemented the following policy:

• Appointment Confirmation: A $20 e-transfer to electrolysiscala@gmail.com is required to confirm your appointment. This $20 will be credited towards your service at the time of your appointment.

• Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes life happens! However, appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a $20 cancellation fee. The $20 confirmation e-transfer will be retained as this fee.

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment without penalty with more than 48 hours' notice.

• No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will also be subject to the $20 cancellation fee.
